Comment:

Long-term average from September till February shows 157 mm of precipitation and the average temperature 3,9 °C. From September 2008 till February 2009 the volume of precipitation reached 145,5 mm and temperature 2,95 °C. It means the vegetation stand season was slightly substandard as for precipitation and substantially colder. Especially January was very cold and dry.
March was temperature slightly above-average and standard as for precipitation. At the end of March spring works (hop-garden preparing for cut, cut, wire stringing) started on some hop-gardens already.
