(*)We use meteorologic data from our meteorological station in Destnice near Saaz. 30-years average (1981 – 2010) according to Czech Hydrometeorological Institute is being used as long-term average. (Up to 2016 the 1961 – 1990 average has been used.)

Long-term average from September till February declares 157 mm of precipitation and the average temperature during the same period 3,9 °C. The rainfall from September 2009 till the end od February 2010 was 188,4 mm and the average temperature reached 2,9 °C. Expecially January was extremely cold month. March was substandard as to the temperature and precipitation. Due to the low temperature and slow snow-melt spring works could started at the end of March just in some of hop-gardens. |
