Pre-harvest garden checking with Sapporo
Hop harvest is nearly here and we had the honour to welcome representatives of Sapporo brewery in our hop gardens.
Amid the extreme heatwave that has been around lately, representatives of Sapporo Breweries Seigi Kuji and Rayuun Eguma paid us a visit for this year’s garden checking.
In order to showcase our hop gardens, we prepared a little tour across our best locations, including new plantings and experimental hop garden in Destnice, where we grow all sorts of hop varieties, including experimental varieties developed by Sapporo itself.
We’d like to thank Mr. Kuji and Mr. Eguma for the visit and we’re looking forward to the traditional hop checking that will follow soon.
