We’re building irrigation systems
We’re not waiting for what the weather prepares for us, we get prepared ourselves and adapt to the changing climate.
Similarly to the rest of the world, Saaz and Rakovník regions of the Czech Republic, where all of our hop gardens are located, are experiencing various phenomena related to the climate change. Weather is less and less predictable and as the snow cover continuously decreases each year, we look for alternative solutions how to supply sufficient amounts of irrigation to our hop gardens.
TOP HOP GROUP therefore invests into the construction of irrigation systems and water reservoirs. Currently there are final works being carried out at our first water reservoir project, which will help us irrigate first dozens of hectares of our hop gardens.
