
Current hop acreage in Czech Republic for season 2025
Central institute for supervising and testing in agriculture (ÚKZÚZ) published the current hop acreage in the Czech Republic.

Compared to last year, total hop acreage in the Czech Republic dropped slightly by -28,9 ha to a total of 4 815,9 hectares of hop gardens.
Majority of the acreage still remains covered by the traditional variety Saaz Fine Aroma Hops (3 954,2 ha, year-on-year -25,6 ha), followed by varieties:
Sladek (461,6 ha, year-on-year +11,8 ha)
Premiant (188,3 ha, year-on-year -12,2 ha)
Agnus (72,4 ha, year-on-year -2,4 ha)
Saaz Special (39,8 ha, year-on-year -1,4 ha).
